We took the pups out to the mountains to check out some gold mines. Smucker's didn't last too long, it wasn't even 10 minutes and she ran back to the car - the drivers seat!
Graham brought the metal detector out this trip, he did find something - we just have not figured out what it is yet. It set off the metal detector but was not magnetic, who knows what it is! At least it was not a bullet shell, we find tons of those.
Actually some one was out there shooting, which I don't mind as long as they are safe and clean up their mess. The dogs were very interested in where the popping sounds were coming from.
Mia and Peter actually liked roaming around while Smuckers sat in the car. It was a nice little outing and no one ran away, got hurt or lost, that's a plus in my book.
