Running, Very Very Slowly

I'm slow but it's progress! I am right in the middle of my third week on the couch to 5k program. I can't say it's getting easier - but at least I am doing it! The third week involves running in spurts of 1 1/2 minutes and 3 minutes, running for 3 whole minutes without stopping is huge for me! Next week it's jumps to 5 minutes, I will admit I am scared!

I am determined to do it. I will do this.

i'm reading this book marathons for mortals. I really want to run a half marathon. right now I can run about 3 miles. but anyways, I really like the book. it starts your really slow so you don't get injured. I totally recommend it.

I will definitely check that book out - I do need some more pointers on running; I feel very uncoordinated right now. :)
